1. Payment And Service Activation

• All payments must be made in full before service commencement.
• Once payment is confirmed, services will be scheduled and executed as per the agreed timeline.
• For social media management and ad services, billing starts immediately once posting begins or ads are launched.
• If the client delays in providing necessary materials (such as content, access credentials, or approvals), the agreed timeline remains unchanged, and billing continues as scheduled.

2. Content Creation And Posting

• Akept Consult will create and manage content based on the agreed package.
• Clients must provide all necessary brand materials (logos, brand guidelines, and any specific content requirements) before service begins.
• Once content is approved, it will be posted based on the agreed schedule.
• Any changes requested after posting may attract additional charges.

3. Advertising Services

• Ad campaigns will commence once payment is confirmed and campaign details are finalized.
• Akept Consult is not responsible for ad platform policies that may affect campaign delivery.
• Changes to ad campaigns after launch may result in additional charges.

4. Service Duration And Termination

• Services run for the agreed duration, and no refunds will be issued once a service cycle has begun.
• Early termination by the client will not result in a refund.
• Akept Consult reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates any agreement terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary access, approvals, and materials on time.
• Any delay in response from the client does not affect the agreed timeline for service execution or billing.
• Akept Consult is not responsible for any losses due to client delays in approvals or failure to provide necessary information.

6. Revisions And Additional Requests

• Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• New service requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly.

7. Disclaimer

• Akept Consult will use best practices to ensure high-quality services but does not guarantee specific results, as engagement and performance depend on multiple external factors.
• Akept Consult is not liable for any platform bans, policy violations, or unexpected technical issues arising from third-party platforms.

8. Agreement Acceptance

• By making payment, the client agrees to abide by this policy and acknowledges full understanding of the terms and conditions.
